SAI/UMC Latino Youth Scholarship Program

The SAI Board of Directors offers yearly $1,000 scholarships to deserving United Methodist Youth who plan to attend a four-year college or university, two-year community college, or accredited technical/vocational school.

Student Eligibility

• Must be a member of a local CalPac United Methodist Church
• Must be in service with the local church for a minimum of one year
• Provide a Letter of Recommendation from the Local Pastor/Youth Leader
• Completes the SAI/UMC application process

To apply for the scholarship, fill out the online application and provide the requested documents. Applying for this scholarship will begin February. Submission of application and all required documents is due by the end of April. Recipients will be notified by the end of May. Recognition of scholarship awards will occur at the CalPac UMC Annual Conference in June.
